Paying your insurance premium on time is crucial to ensuring continuous coverage and protecting yourself from unforeseen financial burdens. Missing a payment can lead to a lapse in coverage, leaving you vulnerable to significant out-of-pocket expenses in the event of an accident or disaster.
Agency Bill Policies
If your policy is set up as an Agency Bill, you pay us directly, and we handle the transactions with the insurance company. We offer several convenient payment methods, allowing you to choose the one that best suits your needs.
TO PAY VIA E-TRANSFER

In the comments section, include your FULL NAME followed by your complete POLICY NUMBER as it shows on your invoice/policy.
TO PAY USING A CREDIT CARD
To pay using your Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card, click on this link to be redirected to our payment portal. You will need to enter your information and follow the provided steps. Please ensure you enter the email address where you would like to receive your payment confirmation. Note: There will be a 2.97 % Processing Fee charged to complete your payment.
TO PAY WITH A CHEQUE
Make your cheque payable to Active Insurance & Financial Group Inc. You can mail it or drop it off at any of our office locations.

DIRECT BILL POLICIES
If your policy is set up as a Direct Bill, you need to pay the insurance company directly. Depending on the company, you may need to create an account to log in and access the payments section. For other companies, no login is necessary, and you can submit your payment online directly.
To make a payment, click on the name of the insurance company with which you have your policy. You will then be redirected to their payment page, where you should follow the provided steps. If you encounter any difficulties or would prefer to have one of our agents process the payment for you, please call our office.
